Desert Tech Services was founded in 2018 by two seasoned IT professionals who kept running into the same problem: good technology support was either too expensive, too impersonal, or both. Individuals and small businesses were left choosing between overpriced national providers and no real support at all.
So we set out to do it differently -- combining enterprise-level technical experience with the responsiveness and personal attention of a local, independent shop. Today, that means the same people who design a business's network are the ones who pick up the phone when something goes wrong.
We've grown by word of mouth, one well-solved problem at a time, and that's still how we prefer to grow.
